Frank brings over 40 years of experience building and remodeling homes to the Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity team. He began his career in the San Francisco Bay Area, where rebuilding after the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake taught him the importance of structural connection. In 1998, he moved to Sacramento to lead a home remodeling division, quickly growing the business through clear communication and on-time completion. In 2007, he launched Christmann Construction, a referral-only business that let him focus fully on helping clients achieve their dream homes. After moving to Nampa, Idaho in 2022 with his wife, Jennifer, and building their own home, Frank joined Habitat as Construction Manager, combining decades of expertise with a passion for creating safe, stable homes that provide dignity and a foundation for a better future.
As a third-generation Idahoan and now a parent, I understand firsthand how important stable, affordable housing is to a family’s well-being. Having a safe place to call home creates the foundation for opportunity, security, and community. As a former hairstylist, I’ve always valued connecting with people and building relationships, and I find meaning in helping bring the community together and encouraging involvement in efforts that support local families. I’m passionate about expanding access to affordable housing and strengthening the neighborhoods we live in.
A Boise native and BSU alumnus, Jake first began his involvement with Habitat for Humanity through an internship program at ReStore. After graduating with a BS in social science, Jake fell in love with Habitat's hometown cause and family focus, soon after accepting a part-time truck driver position. Jake helped open the Collister ReStore and immediately became the store manager, which lead to his promotion to General Manager in 2018. Now focusing on repairs, Jake is excited to further develop the Home Repairs Program to provide safe housing and prevent displacement. In his spare time, Jake enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Lila Lake joins Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity after nearly three years as the organization's grant writer. She brings experience in nonprofit development and marketing, along with a decade in the world of education, where she worked with students ranging from middle schoolers to newly arrived adult refugees. During her time as a teacher, Lila saw firsthand how housing instability affected her students' confidence and ability to thrive. In her role as Development Manager, she hopes to rally the Treasure Valley community around what is possible when we make housing accessible and affordable to all people.
Morgan brings a lifelong passion for housing equality and nonprofit work to her role as Operations Director at Treasure Valley Habitat for Humanity. Inspired by her childhood in San Francisco, where she witnessed housing insecurity, Morgan believes housing is a basic human right and has dedicated her career to making a difference.

She credits her mom as her hero for teaching her to forge her own path. Morgan is excited to further Habitat's mission and help more families find stability through affordable housing.
Sue relocated to Boise from New York in 1982, bringing with her a charming accent and a signature “let’s get this done” attitude you’ll notice within minutes of meeting her. She is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to five.
Having spent time living in the rugged backwoods of Idaho City, Sue appreciates both the energy of urban life and the quiet beauty of Idaho’s more rural communities. An avid gardener who loves the outdoors, she brings warmth, efficiency, and a welcoming presence to her role. We are proud to have Sue as the first point of contact in our office.
